REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To register your child, please comply with the following items:
Complete registration form
- HRS 3040 forms – physical and immunizations record provided by your doctor• One week tuition (first week of school)
- Signed parent/school agreement
- Registration, insurance, and supply fee of $150.00 (Non-refundable).
You must have the above-listed items when your child begins school. Please let us know at the time of registration if you have encounter problems while compiling these documents.
What we offer:
- 4-C Accepted
- We offer before and aftercare. (Omit all other information)
Discounts Available:
- $5 discount for before and aftercare services.
- Also, you will have a $15 off registration fee if you mention our website.
